GPR vertical shaft impact crusher is different from conventional jaw crusher,cone crusher,roller crusher on structure and working principle.It’s a new type of impact crusher.
Two forms of crushing are available on this crusher.
(1) Stone beat stone:It refers to the stone forming a self-lining working part,so that the machine is not frayed,the self-lining of stone protects the crushing cavity of the equipment and itself is to be broken,the stone lining will be impacted to break little by little during operation, an effective self-lining will always maintain.
(2) Stone beat iron:the stone impacts the around steel liner,since the energy absorbed by the steel liner is far smaller than that of the stone lining,the crushing effect of this kind is far greater than “stone beat stone”.But if the stone hardness is too high,the steel liner wears too quickly to bring a higher using cost.Therefore this crushing form is generally applied to medium hardness or low hardness materials.
The material can be fed into the rotor and thrown under centrifugal acceleration,then it impacts with the around guard plate to break.The raw material can also be divided into two parts by material-dividing plate. One part falls scattered, the other part enters the rotor and then dashes out under acceleration to impact and rub the around falling material,also impacts the around guard plate and rebound,this process continues to form cyclic hit.With the crushing process,material particles gradually form a material curtain near the guard plate,which improves crushing effect and protects the equipment.Finally the required granularity discharges from the outlet.
