    Multi-Cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher


    This product is a new type multi cylinder hydraulic cone crusher ,which is developed on the basis of spring cone crusher, combined with foreign advanced hydraulic cone technology and using experience in mining.It integrates mechanical,hydraulic,electric, automation and intelligent control technology, adopts a bran-new frame structure, intelligent automatic control system and optimized layer crushing cavity to achieve high crushing efficiency,facilitating the maintenance and adjustment in the crushing operation. Performance and reliability of crush is further improved.

     


    Working principle

    The motor drives the transmission shaft to rotate,the transmission shaft drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate around the eccentric shaft through the gears of the cones.The movable cone does rotary and pendulum movement under the leading role of eccentric sleeve.The raw material is crushed in the crusher chamber by squeezing and striking continuously. The crushed stone discharges from the bottom.



    Scope of applications

    1.Applied to Non-metallic ore crush, such as granite,basalt,limestone,cobble,etc. More cubic shape materials and less needle-like materials,grading is more reasonable. 

    2.Crush and prepatation of steel slag,water slag,metallic ores such as iron ore,copper ore,gold ore etc.

    3.Gravel aggregate production line and stone shaping  for engineering sectors.




    Product features

    1. multiple sealed protection device provides good sealing to ensure the cleanliness of the lubricating oil.

    2. the full-contact floating seal provides friction to limit the speed of movable cone rotating at idle so as to avoid premature wear.

    3. the wear resistant shield and frame are bolted,it’s simple and fast to replace,the service life is longer.

    4. new rack design,prevent the counterweight from wear damage and avoid oil leakage.

    5. hydraulic safety,automatic chamber clearance, the safety system adopts a new large diameter oil pipeline,configure high-capacity accumulator.

    6. better cache performance,more secure and stable,good performance of pressurizing.
