    By adopting the best combination of crushing frequency and eccentricity,it reaches a higher extend of fine crush.Compared with similar models,this crusher meets a higher yield.Meanwhile it enhances the effect of laminating crushing of the material particles, which effectively improve the cubic shape of the crushed material.The use of hydraulic safety, hydraulic locking, hydraulic adjustment,hydraulic cavity clearance makes it easier to operate automatically.The equipment design has been optimized so that the trouble-free operation rate exceeds 95% under normal use condition.


    Working principle

     

    The cone crusher is mainly used for secondary and subsequent crushing.A cone-shaped Cone core and a movable tooth plate are installed in the center of main shaft which fits in the center of main frame.the spherical surface of the cone core lies on the eccentric support.Since the central hole of the eccentric support is eccentric with the hole of main frame,the rotation of the eccentric support leads to main shaft rotating.

    The fixed tooth plate is under the top cell,it forms the crushing cavity with the movable tooth plate.The feeding platform ensures that material falls on to the center of distribute plate evenly.Rotary motion ensures the material falls evenly into the crushing cavity,the crushed material is discharged continuously. The top frame which is connected with the top cell and the fixed tooth plate is mounted on the machine body with the Peripheral release spring.If some special hard foreign body (such as iron block) is mixed in the material,the top frame rises under the effect of release spring to allow it to pass through and achieves the purpose of preventing overloading or damage to the crusher. The top frame restore after the pass through of foreign body and normal crushing continues.

    1. Widely used in metal and non-metallic minerals,cement plants,buildings,sand and gravel,metallurgy and other industries.

    2. Suitable for ores including iron ore,nonferrous metal ore,granite,limestone,quartzite, sandstone,cobblestone etc.

    3 .Applied to the sectors such as concrete mixing station, dry mortar, power plant desulphurization and sand field etc.

    6. All components can be disassembled from the upper or side to facilitate the removal of the fixed cone and the movable cone.

    7. The hydraulic cavity clearance system can quickly clean the crushing cavity so as to reduce downtime significantly.

    8. Different modes of cavities are available for coarse to fine crushing according to technical flow of crush.
